Assistant Sales Manager


Location: Tai Po

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all assigned sales channels and sales activities to ensure effective sales strategies and achievement of sales targets
  • Develop new sales channels for B2B
  • Build and maintain effective business relationship with business partners and customers
  • Develop and execute the business plans, budgeting and forecasting for all sales channels

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years sales experience in Key Account Management in FMCG industry Key Account Management in Food or FMCG industry Key Account Management in FMCG industry
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Previous sales experience to General trade channel is an advantage
  • Independent and able to work under pressure

Senior Manager, Process Excellence


Location: Tai Po

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for leading business and operational process analysis, as well as designing and implementing process and system improvement programs for all divisions
  • Identify and prioritize efficiency improvement opportunities, design new solutions, develop business cases, justify investments & their ROI
  • Design and deploy process excellence best practices including but not limited to simplification, automation, integration, value stream mapping, lean 6 sigma etc
  • Improve organizational efficiency by addressing development needs in organizational structures & capabilities with divisional and functional management teams
  • Develop the Group’s Process Excellence Management Framework and introduce project management best practices & tools
  • Develop and standardize the core business operations procedures & policies (Forecast to Stock, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Traceability & Return), define and set targets for operational key performance indicators (KPIs) among divisions
  • Build and strengthen the Group’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) effectiveness in terms of processes, systems, KPIs and organizational development
  • Strategize and develop process integration platforms with external business partners including key customers, suppliers, OEMs, and logistics service providers
  • Lead the strategic development and tactical implementation of e-business and process digitalization transformation initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Science, Statistics or Business related disciplines, MBA/PMP/Lean Six Sigma Certification/Change Management Certification preferred
  • 10+ years management and related experience, at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a hands-on project lead in large-scale business process improvement or optimization projects in manufacturing industry
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, project management and process reengineering
  • Solid expertise in leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), ERP/ IT system integration projects
  • Experienced with business intelligence / reporting tools and project management software is a definite plus
  • Detailed, logical minded and good analytical and change management skills
  • Demonstrated commercial problem-solving/decision-making ability; execution with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Independent, well organized, strong interpersonal skills, tactful and diplomatic with ability to work with diverse groups
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Travel to PRC is required

Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Sales Teams for the idea generation, planning, forecasting and implementation of all trade activities and promotions in order to achieve targeted sales gain and market share growth
  • Channel prioritization and strategy formulation based on shopper insights, trade situation/strengths, channel profitability and internal sales data
  • Range & Planogram review regularly
  • Gap analysis vs market & key competitors
  • Coordinate with front line staff for in-store POSM merchandising on availability and visibility
  • Coordinate new product launch and trade promotions
  • Ensure efficient use of trade marketing budget. Conduct Pre & Post event evaluation for optimization of trade spending and drive insights for strategy in the future
  • Supervise the trade marketing team to achieve set objectives

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree holder
  • 8+ years Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG and with exposure to both Food and Non-Food categories
  • Proven analytical, communication and influence management skills — quick follow-up, ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to achieve result
  • Demonstrate ability to integrate and synthesize market intelligence and trends to drive business insights, plans & decisions
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Merchandiser


Location: Tai Po

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement the display aspect of all major product launches and promotions
  • Assist in planning and coordinating the produced display and promotional materials and ensure that all activities within budgets
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure the merchandising display is proper and work with store managers on monitoring sales performance
  • Forecast and maintain the inventory of POS display materials
  • Take photographs of displays or signage
  • Prepare regular reports and perform analysis on merchandising plan

REQUIREMENTS

  • Form 5 or above
  • 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in FMCG
  • Solid experience in designing and handling product display and other in-store visual merchandising support
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Good command in English and Chinese
